Has anyone ever come across jiffy pop?

It is american camping popcorn and its fantastic, just wondering if anyone knows where it can be bought in the uk.

Hello you could try both of these links, have never found jiffy pop in any of the UK Stores except down in London in small convenience shops. Waitrose sells some American popcorn in it's shops but mostly online.

I was just thinking the other day, how cool it would be to be able to "jiffypop" while camping! Perfect use for the bbq!

Its great and the kids thought it was fantastic. We had 2 of them that my mum brought back from America for us to try. I have to get some for our summer hols or the kids will be moaning!!!!

Ooooh what a fab thread! I send people all over the world to teach courses for me, and I have someone in the States right now - I've just texted him to ask him to bring me back a couple for my next camping trip in a couple of weeks time.

We just use regular popping corn in either a large saucepan or frypan (just make sure you have a lid!!) - then either shake in salt or icing sugar. Much cheaper, and one bag of popping corn can do several evenings.
