Would like some help here. On long weekends we use a bucket with lid and zoflora for the kids (wee only) which I empty every morning but i'm convinced its going to go flying one day. Going to France for 2 wweks in the summer and would prefer a proper camping toilet which can be split down to aid packing and isn't too big as we'll keep it inside the tent.
Have heard several reports of campingaz loos leaking so have narrowed it down to the campa porta flush (10litre model) or the Royal deluxe loo which looks like it splits 50-50. Has anyone got one of these or can you suggest something better please?
kampa khazi?.
takes up less room than a chemical loo, and is more stable than a bucket . On this link it says chemical loo, but it doesn't need chemiclas as its just a bucket inside a seat frame really , so if for wee only , no need for chemicals .
The smallest model in the porta potti range is the least conspicuous of the lot. A bit more expensive than the various bucket contraptions but more hygienic.
Have a look in your local Aldi, they were one of last week's offers, and they may still hve the odd one left. I picked one up, as I needed a loo, for when I take the tent, to save putting the camper up to get the one from out of there.
