Subscribed to Camping mag with camp mat freebie days before August edtion with C&CC freebie arrived. Because of diability I can't use mat - was going to give it away. Phoned and asked if possible to have C&CC instead of mat. Just had phone call to say under circumstances happy to help and have changed freebie. Brilliant!!

Great news... good to hear of good service from someone.

I subscribe to the magazine and my freebie was a decent sized Gelert rucksack. I rang them after about a month as I hadn't received this and they apologised and said they were waiting for new stock. The next thing I knew I had 2 rucksacks sent to me by way of apology for waiting so long.

Wish I had the same good luck then.
I subscribed and got the first 2 magazines and my fee gift - since then NO magazine.
Have emailed them and was told a letter went out to us. NO letter and now NO reply to emails.
Subscriptions have gone out of our bank so can't think what the problem is.

Going to cancel the DD and redo it and try and get the C&CC membership offer!! fingers crossed.

I had to chase them up for my free gift - a Vango 25l rucksack - which hadn't arrived after about 2 months... but they sent it straight out and it arrived within a week.

Top marks for quick response - although seems to be a lot of 'delayed' or 'missing' free gifts!!! LOL!!!
