Hi,

I posted in the tent sections some questions/issues I have had with my Arkansas 7, however I have sent the same questions to the dealer and have had little joy on resolution so far.

Therefore I would like to take this up with Outwell. I have sent them an email but no reply in five days does anyone have a UK contact number where I can deal direct with the OEM rather than a dealer who does not seem too bothered.

Your contract is with the dealer - they are responsible if there is a fault. If they won't listen take advice from the consumer protection people.

There is no direct contact in the uk, everything is run from denmark, there are uk sales reps in the uk, however they are only contactable for uk stockits only, not for the generall public. unsure of what the address is above tough.

Alan is right, your contract is with the seller and no one else, if no luck with them, trading standards or citezens advice is the next stage

For information, the address in harrogate is for the Uk marketing director who lives in spofforth (a few miles away from the centre of Harrogate). the PO box is at the Harrogate sorting office.
There is a phone number available on the internet but this has little use but it is possible to speak to someone there but they are of little use

For the amount of money we all collectively spend with suppliers like these, they should have some form of customer support rather than suppliers that cannot be bothered or "don't have the time" (yes Caseys at Otley that includes you)
