On our last camping trip our kids () decided to play hide and seek between the bedrooms and the tent, they have managed to tear off the toggle that holds the bedroom up and a little of the surrounding material. As this is inside the tent I am assuming it wont affect the waterproof seam that is on the outside (it rained after they tore it and no wet patches).
What I want to know is what thread I will need to use to make the repair the next time the tent goes up? I am guessing normal dressmaking thread will be too thin to make a repair?
