hi all what do you think i should do, i have a monty 6 but i am thinking of selling it to get the new gelert corvus 6+2, it looks like the problems with the corvus are to do with pitching it corectly, we have a disabled daughter and the corvus will give us a bit more room for all the extras we have to take, any advice welcome.
If you think that it will make a difference, go ahead and get it. It is no good being suashed in a tent that is too small for your needs, when you could have a great time in a different tent.
Just seen that Argos are selling the Vango Breckenridge 600 for £250. I have one of these for when all the family camp. Loads of room with three reasonably good sized bedrooms.
YOU NEED A NEW TENT HONEST. You picked my choice of tent for next season too. Apart from the issues re pitching, I thought I also read that there are no porches or canopies available and will not be until next year. Cant remember if the footprint was available or if that was the Zenith

The Corvus has a sun canopy for the front available, which looks pretty good in place and solves the problem of water getting in through the front door zips where the Velcro holding the storm flap down over the zip is a little inadequate. Footprints and carpets also available currently/
I was really trying to convince myself that this is a purchase for next year! I dont want to know stuff is available now its too tempting. Must wait, must wait. now where did i put the credit card

Just think if you bought it now, then next year when the prices have gone up again you will be having a debt free summer of camping as you would of paid the money all off!!
