I just wanted to say what a fab experience I've had with Yeomans customer service department today.
At the end of May we bought the outwell table with four chairs set. The price should have been £80 but as it was ex display (at a show) they reduced the price. They eventually knocked 30% off as one of the chairs stitching at the back had started to come undone. We were happy with this as we only would have used 3 of the chairs and thought we could stitch it back ourselves.
Anyway, we used the set at the end of June for less than a week and whilst we were away we noticed one of the other chairs stitching had started to come undone. We've ummed and arred and after reading about the lack of outwell customer service on here, I thought I'd contact Yeomans first to see what they could do.
Well today I spoke to a lovely man called John in the customer service department and without asking he's offered a full refund!!
How fab is that?!
I didn't expect it! I'd hoped they'd be able to offer something but I didn't expect that!
He said they didn't have anymore in stock so would a refund be ok?!!
I told him I was a member on here and that other users have spoken highly of Yeomans and that he had just confirmed it!
