Hi everyone

Am new to the site and new to camping! Have just bought vango icarus 500 tent and am desperately trying to find a footprint for it. Have trawled through loads of sites and everywhere seems to be out of stock. I just thought it would be good to have one as it seems like it keeps the tent cleaner, but now I'm on a mission and have to have one!!

Any ideas please.

Hi debshaw,

Forget hunting for a premade footprint and get a large tarpaulin from a DIY store cut it to size and pop some snap eyelets in it. Just cut the tarp slightly smaller than the ground sheet of the tent to stop rain water collecting and running under the tent.

Thanks so much Gary, funnily enough have just been talking to guy at camping shop and he told me to do just that!! He is sending me a groundsheet and eyelets in the post today.
