Hi there. After lurking around in this forum for a while, I think it's about time i joined in!!. I have a Hi gear zenobia 6 and have heard that the porch off the gelert horizon 6 tent will fit the zenobia. Was wondering if the gelert footprint would also fit perfectly as i was on the lookout for one... Thanks in advance

Hello and welcome to the forum.

You've chosen the same stup as a friend of mine, including the porch. Yes, the footprint will fit but you can just make your own cheaper and/or better footprint. Go back to Go Outdoors and they have some thick, grey groundsheets. Select one that's close to the footprint of your tent and trim down to very slightly smaller (it should not protrude). These groundsheets are much stronger/thicker than the Gelert ones.

Listen although being a member for a couple of years now ive been up till now quite quiet

The best way to get an answerer on here is tell everybody that you think that your footprint

will definitely fit and its probably the best thing since sliced bread

and you are guaranteed to get the expert who really knows correcting you and unwittingly spilling the beans there are a lot of folk here that know there stuff. I find it a very useful site and really most helpful and funny
