thank you gelert,i phoned them up today to ask them where i could get a new bag from for my meridian 10 cause mine blew away,they just asked my name and address and are sending me one out straight away.thats perfect customer service.it just shows if you dont ask you dont get

Well done!!! I've contact them recently and hit a brick wall and they played themselves as a supplier to the trade and effectively dont deal with the public and my issues would have to be taken up with the retailer.

Oh well... Only like owning a car, your 'beef' is with the retailer then also...

I wouldnt worry about it.. I have purchased 2 Gelert tents this year and both seem decent quality...

Fingers crossed I wont need to deal with customer services, although next time I'll know to go to the retailer! :)
