Hi all,

I found this site after recently purchasing the wrong extensionfor my vango tigris 600 (and only realised once I had read all of your threads when I tried to fit it and found out I would have to remove a sleeping compartment to fit it - doh!) and as I had taken it out of its packaging was not able to return it to wildday as it is against their policy.  I emailed both vango and wildday to see if I could get any help.

No reply from anyone, so I rang vango to ask if they could help and also to comment as to the lack of information clearly displayed on the website, and also to ask why they state that the extension fits when you have to remove a sleeping compartment to get it to work etc...  Basically I was told it was tough and to go away!

I then heard back from wildday and explained the problem and after some conversation to my surprise they told we they would collect it and refund the money (I am really impressed with their service I have to say!)

Anyhow, eventually I finally got a reply from vango and was eventually passed to their marketing director who was extremely helpful and offered to see if there was anythign she could do to help (I of course told her that it was sorted) she then came back to me to tell me that for 2010 they will be putting picture of the extensions fitted to the tents (hurrah!) onto the website which shall perhaps make it a lot easier in future - so praise to vango (once you are past the annoying telephone person that does not want to help!)

I love the tent and am now delighted with my new (tunnel) canopy and am looking forward to putting it up!
