Convert people..........I've got no chance.

I proudly showed someone at work today a pic of my new Sunncamp Prism and she screamed........OH my God you've got beds

Work colleagues were converted about 5 years ago after hearing my enthusiasm.

Daughter and grandchildren started camping 2 years ago and discovered they like it. Last week we camped near New Forest and middle grandaughter aged 11 wanted to know when she can go camping on her own. She has taken to it like duck to water. 

Jewelly converted me to camping - I was brought up holidaying in a Static van at "Golden Sands" in Mablethorpe until the age of six, and then in a touring caravan until it became "uncool" to go on holiday with my parents (I was probably fourteen?)

It was then either foreign holidays, or hotels/B&Bs/Holiday cottages in the UK - although I did wild camp for my Duke of Edinburgh Bronze and Silver awards.

Jewelly has been a "tenter" all of her life, and a couple of years ago persuaded me to have a go.

Love it to bits - much more fun than a caravan.

I was in a particularly boring meeting so all she got was a roll of my eyes that only a 14yr old can pull off sucessfully!

I saved the sarcasm till we got out AND made her look at ALL the other photos

Yes OH, now he spends more on "stuff" than I do!

My sister is absolutely against camping, it took a lot to get her into a static so we could holiday together.......so why are the all the mornings and evenings spent at my tent and not her van?
