I must admit it is nice to have access to fridge and freezer.  So I have somewhere to freeze my blocks or bottled water. and some where to put my perishables.

I did not have any problems with items going awol.  The only thing I need to do. Is to remember to take them home.

I think campers are generally a very honest bunch.

I once stayed on a site where there was a washing machine and tumble drier for use on an "honesty box" basis, and eggs for sale too. Not only did everyone pay, but the jar of money never got pinched. It was in a sort of glazed lean-to, and they had tomatoes growing in there, with a sign inviting you to help yourself. People always paid for those too. 

There were chickens roaming the camping field, and the lady running the site  told me that people often brought her eggs they'd found, rather than just have them for their breakfast!

Never had the freezer blocks taken - who would want to, our name is written very large on them in permanent marker. 

But why is it when you forget the washing up liquid, by the time you return to the sink the bottle is already empty !!!!!?????
