Ask then to provide you with a car of the same size for your holidays, as you thought it would be here for then.

Push them and they should do this for you

Good luck

Hi,

Once you get the C4 ask the service dept to check the wheel studs.

I got a new C4 and within a week I had a puncture, tried to change the wheel but the stud sheared off. A colleague had a similar experience but it was the garage fitter who sheared two studs on one wheel and one stud on the other. We both had to get new wheel hubs for the affected wheels and the cars were off the road for a week each.

Other than that the C4 Picasso is brill.

You don't say how many of you there are but we did a week with the 4 (2 adults 2 kids) of us in our xsara picasso with no roof rack/box or trailer.

Boot had the diablo, day tent, cooker, cooker stand, gas, windbreaks, 4 chairs (2 are BigBoys) big bag with 2 double airbeds, box of bits, couple of sleeping bags and couple bags of clothes. Kids had cool box and box of food between them and 2 bags of cloths on the floor. Lots of little bits went in the floor storage like spare guy ropes and hair dryer etc.

If we'd had electric it would have been a different matter though

I think you may have problems Special K. I dont see a mobility scooter AND all your camping gear fitting. My Neighbours Mobility Scooter broke down a while back and I went to pick it up in our Zafira for her. It only JUST fit into the boot. Hope you manage to get sorted out though.

We've had a trial and........................YES we can do it

Theres 2 adults and 2 kids (13,4 )  we took 1 of the back seats out(my brainwave)

This is out it works 2 recliner chairs flat in boot, lift up on L side slide in folding chair, folding table(dead space) front end scooter(unclips from back wheels) on top of recliners, vango vista800 on top of scooter.aerobed sidewards up to scooter but under front of tent.  RH side boot 2 folding camping cupboards stood on there side sleeping bag and porch in little gap.

We all sit on a pillow each then back drivers seat, (took seat fom here)back scooter wheels ,table propped behind them up to seat, black L tool box(cuttlery, scissors, tape, bungees etc)on top of wheels.Large cool box where missing seat is all bedding on top of this.

Pink bag (plates, beakers, dishes, pans, lantern, torch)  behind cool box .Scooter battery middle back floor with barrel bbq.

Yes theres no clothes but i thought 1 netto canvas bag full for 3 days would suffice.

What a jigsaw i've wrote it all in a book and drew diagrams as this is the only way we can get it all in.

Last but not least store locator shows sainsbuyrs 0.7 miles away so all alcohol to be bought when arrive lol        impressed?

Forgot to mention L hotplate (side coolbox)

C4 is that the car or 7 seat mpv? but ty for the advice will defo mention it and get them to test before we leave forecourt.

When you get the C4 7 seater you will wonder what to do with all the room, I did, then Pat did this.

Theres a roof box above as well. just goes to show size isnt every thing.

One little tip, before you load up take the pump & foam cylinder from under the floor, you dont want to be unloading on a motorway.

Just remembered, the little Citroen badges in the middle of the alloys were missing & so was the security socket for the wheel nuts, had to have them drilled off & a new set fitted, the tyre repair foam & compressor were also missing. Not sure if they all come in a bag but they werent surprised when I went back to the showroom.

2 side mirrors & I always leave a gap over the top to see out.
