We already have a Cabanon Biscaya 440, but are looking for a small, quick to erect tent for one or two nighters. Which one should we get? We have looked at the Outwell Kansas 5, but think this may be a little too small? Have also looked at the Vango Beta 450 - what do you think? Don't want to spend any more than £150 really, if that.
Sunncamp nirvana 500 looks good and comes in at a little over £100. Bit more space than the Kansas. Just having a look mind, I have no personal experience of this tent.

We (my OH and me) have a Nirvana and I would say that depending on how much gear you have in the living area it would be a bit too cosy. We don't have alot, cool box, a couple of chairs and a roll top table and there really is no more room. The sleeping pod easily fits a double airbed and there would be room for a single one.

It is a good tent though. Hope this helps.
Is a hard call, really having enough space for 2+2 with the ease of a weekend tent. Just had this dilemma myself and went for a just big enough tent, it's ffine for sleeping but a bit cosy for sitting in when it rains. Luckily my kids are teens and don't need space to run around. It's easy when the weather is sunny, but in the UK well......
Hi, we have just bought a Hi Gear Zenobia that we will be using for long weekends away. Tried it out in the garden and there is plenty of room, our 2 children are almost 3 and 6 and there are 2 adults.
We bought it from go outdoors for just under £150.
It's a Quechua base seconds 4.2 for us - 2 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 year old. We also have a quechua base to use as a porch for longer stays. It's perfect for us - very easy and quick to pitch, 2 sleeping pods and a living area you can stand up in. £149.00.
We have just bought a Nevada M as a weekend tent, there are 5 of us. 2 Adults 3 kids (5,3 and 2) We are using it for the first time this weekend so will let you know how it goes.
Good luck
If you're only planning on using it for 1 or 2 nights you're not going to be taking loads of kit.
We have the Licata 400 as our weekend tent. It takes 2 double airbeds and the bedroom pod can be divided with a curtain, SIG, standing height, large living area, 2 massive windows with curtains, door can be canopied out to form sun porch, very quick and easy yo erect.
If you search the Net you can find it for less than £100 - BARGAIN!!
