Get camping pots and pans and mugs if you haven't got them. The kind of setup where everything slots inside one another.
Beware the blue PP mugs from Decathlon - tea tastes like death out of one of those. Coffee is fine though. I suspect the green PC ones are better in that respect.
I assume you are already using stuff sacks for everything that can be squashed? We stuff sacked our pillows, which saved a load of space. And took small bottles of washing up liquid and ariel - the kind you get for decanting cosmetics into for plane journeys. And a smaller gas bottle.
As for the cool box / fridge, one option would be to put things in the fridge for transport, then shop when you arrive.
