Hi camped in September once and it was really cold and very wet with high winds almost all the week. We are going to do it all again a week Saturday . This time we will be in our canvas frame tent which we love.It just means warmer clothes a fan heater and extra bedding. We cant wait. Met check has said it wont be raing that week so best of luck to any one going away this month we might be going to have an Indian summer.

We were going to do a one-night camp for our anniversary close to home this weekend but it has rained, and rained, and rained some more so it just isn't tempting to get everything wet and muddy. Planning a day trip to bolton abbey instead but even that isn't looking likely in Wharfedale Monsoon Season...

we will have to start earlier next year!
