Hi All, wonder what new tents we'll see in 2010 ?
My Outwell Idaho sadly passed away after about 16 weeks of use RIP !!!
I quite fancy an Outwell Vermont L for next year. Or maybe I'll wait to see what amazing new tents come out. Decisions decisions !!!!
PS My camping buddy is hoping for self inflating tents !!!!!
Any ideas anyone ??
HAPPY CAMPING !!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to think tents will be heading toward ones like the Quechua Base 4.2. Amazing tent.
Either that or tents the size of a matchbox that your pour a drop of water onto and they expand into a 6 berth tent!lol
------------- (Quechua popup addict!)
Planned for next year, hopefully!
Summer Solstice wild camp.
Chilled in a Field, July.
Crantock, August. Fouth year with the fantastic Quechua Base Seconds 4.2!
..... and the odd night wild camping in my Argos 1 man tent...

I'd love to see the Everlasting Tent!
We all fall in lurve with our little homes-in-the-outdoors, and time and again folks on here are grieving because their tent has died after long and faithful service. I'd like to see the tent which never gets old, or looks tired, or lets water in, or suffers UV damage or gets torn or dirty! That way, if we fancy a change, we can always update, but it would be great to have that old favourite to pull out now and again for another trip!
I absolutely adore our tent, and will be utterly gutted when it finally goes to that great site in the sky...

We had a 1968 Safari caravan a few years back, looked lovely behind our classic car but was horrible to tow . Now we've gone back to tents, hubby can go a bit quicker as well.
We're looking at getting a bigger tent for next year, but we want to wait and see what the new models are. We've been looking at the Outwell Neveda L, as we need one with 3 rooms.

Well there are a few leaks of info about - Vango are expanding the Icarus range, Outwell appear to be launching a Carolina 6 , Coleman will be launch a range of vis-a-vis that are simple to use . Expect Hi-Gear to have its own rangr independant of Gelert design . I do believe also that Outwell will be launch new polycotton tents to have the luxury and classic ranges . Overall , larger tents will give way to smaller tents .
------------- Be seeing you!!
