we are thinking about getting a mini oven, just need to know if there is any one type we have to get ,is there a maximum wattage when using electric hook up or can you go out and buy any type and size of oven

Aldi had a small one last week £17.99, we have the one from Lidl was £19.99 last time they were in they were £29.99, I think Wilkinsons do one as well

I had to go to three Aldi shops to get one, and it was the last one on the shelf, and someone nearly whipped the bloody thing out of my hand. anyway brilliant bit of kit, if they on sale in aldi or lidl or netto or anywhere again take your caravan or tent and pitch up outside........................................and wait till they open

I had one off ebay and never used it.  Sister in law took it on holiday and cooked a full sunday dinner!  all for a tenner!  sister left it ad she let her daughter go away for a week as well and she also cooked a sunday dinner and fajitas!

they can be good, but for the size make sure that you are going to use it and that you have the space!

The mini ovens are only 13/1400 watts so unlikely to trip the EHU.

Check the power consumption first, then you can work out the current it will draw.

Divide the watts by the volts and that will give you the amps.

Whether it will trip the electric or not will depend on the power at the bollard - some sites can be as low as 5amp although 10 amp or 16 amp is more usual. Best to check when you book in before you start plugging things in!!

We have a mini oven and it's great for cooking yorkshire puddings to go with the Sunday roast!!

Just noticed on Nettos website, they have a Mini oven in  stock from 21st Sept, more than likely sold out by now but worth a look at £14.99 each
