Hiya

We booked today a four night break over the Easter holidays to St Ives Farm in Sussex.  Looking to go again at the end of the school Easter holidays...maybe to Hurley?

Oulton Park to watch the Superbikes, under 12's go free and it only costs £15 for the weekend to camp.

Then back to Fforest Fields again at whit and twice more thrus the summer. If you've never been there you should try it; its brilliant.

Just booked Black Bull campsite for Whit week bank holiday (May 28th) and only 5 tent pitches left with EHU, the lady i spoke to said things are booking very quickly.

Bit more organised than last year, stupidly waited until Easter to book for Whit weekend and must have rang about 20 sites in and around North Yorkshire and the Dales but still managed to get in at Woodhouse Farm (near Ripon) without electric though.

thinking of booking for Ord House country park for a week in August, just outside Berwick, the area looks lovely

Happy Camping!!

Dordogne is beautiful, holidayed there in a gite in 2004 near Sarlat. Not plucked up courage to drive down there with the tent just yet....a few more UK trips I think to get the knack of packing the car first!

Can't wait for trip at easter! Local but gonna be good!

We jumped straight in, our first trip was to the dordogne. We were in a Vauxhall Corsa fully loaded with a roof box and 2 mountain bikes strapped to the back lol. it was an awsome holiday! i love the drive, from calais to Paris its a bit flat and boring though. We stayed in a Gite last year bu i prefer camping by far!!!!

We are back there that week Hendo! We'll see you there again, no doubt.
Couldn't agree more that it is a fabulous site

Desperate to get back out there. Not much booked yet, but I plan to get out whenever the weather is reasonable with the kids.
