...our Gelert Alaska 8 was blown apart in 2008. Lots of broken poles

Wrote to Gelert end of 2008 asking if they had any spare poles or give us any info about sizes to get and didnt get much of a reply

Baby George entered the world last year, so we had no camping hols

Wrote to Gelert this year and woman was very helpful and said she'd look into it for me. Came home today and saw delivery note on door with my name on it and I wasnt expecting anything. Checked delivery companies website and tracked order and turns out its from Gelert....have they send me replacement poles....hopefully find out tomorrow!!

lets hope its your poles that would be fantastic, no expense having to buy new tent you could save your money for other camping goodies or extra time away.

Sorry..didnt get online yesterday.

Parcel arrived at 3pm yesterday..........

.......3 out of the 5 pole sections were sent to us FOC!! I know I have 1 full pole section so we only need to get another pole section so it's saved us some spondoolies
