Hi has any one used Outdoorworlddirect befor as they have a good price on an outwell tent i would like.

Yes i have ,i have just purchased a Easy Camp boston 600 from them and got a deal on the tent with the carpet and footprint too, very nice people and helpful too !!.

Hi,
we bought a windbreak from this company in January.
Highly recommended.
We ordered around 230pm and received the order by courier the very next morning before lunch (their standard delivery).
Also we had a couple of questions before we bought and they were very helpful and replied via email really quickly.

yes, good service, had a broken tent pole and as they are not too far took it back and they repaired it for nowt, on the spot!

Realise this is too late for the OP, however if anyone else is reading I can thoroughly recommend these guys.  Jought a Vango Tigris 800 last week for only £209 - far cheaper than I could find with other retailers.  Ordered on Monday, arrived Wednesday lunchtime.  Pitched tent last weekend, and the main 4 person bedroom developed a fault, but could still be used.  Got back home and contacted on Monday, replacement bedroom was delivered yesterday (Thursday), no questions asked, no fuss.  Good prices and excellent service - will use again.

This company is good. Found them online when searching for something and hadn't heard of them, so looked where they were. Turned out that the warehouse is about half a mile from where I live, so I rang and asked if I could collect and save postage. They were really helpful and even talked to me as I drove to them as I couldn't find them in an estate!! (I was on bluetooth). Their prices are good and the people nice and friendly.
