Hi, I hope this is the right place to post this. I've got a bit of a problem here, I am trying to repair our Jack Wolfskin worlds end rt tent. The problem is the coating on the groundsheet has bubbled up on half the floor and I'm looking for a way to remove it (without destroying the tent) before I can apply a new coat. So far I've heard of amonia 1 to 1 with water or Isopropyl alcohol (which I cannot get here in Holland). Has anybody tryed to do such a repair?
We've bought this tent in 2006 and I believe it still has some life in it yet. I will buy a new one as a last resort but would like to avoid if possible. In three weeks time we're off cycling southern Europe for six months www.bike-journeys.com
Any help would be greatly appriciated, George T.
