yes go on Mr saddo garden camper!

I set the electric blanket to '8' on the first night away.  Woke up about 3am bloody roasting.  Had to throw covers off and turn it down quick

Wife will be glad of having all the bed inside the house

actually she did say she had the best night sleep in ages!

i prefer not to call myself a saddo garden camper, but prefer the term hardcore camping king!

A tent is like a newborn born baby..... to some they all look the same..... but if its yours it's beautiful.

i did turn it off though

seriously though i went to tenthire which is around 3 miles from my house to get my gas bottle for the cadac and i picked up one of those house plug connectors so me and my son could garden camp.

The weird part is i have not been in the house all day except to use the little boys room.  Will have to go in soon though to prepare tea!  wifey will be home at 8pm and need to explain to her why i am bidding on a cabanon even though she hates them.  The irony is the only thing i can come up with why I am bidding on it is its a bit quirky and i haven't got one!  Oh well i guess we all have to pay the reaper at some point!

Oh no! A tent is not a good place to be when you have D & V. Hope you feel better soon! At least son had a good time and you weren't on a 'real' campsite (imagine trekking across a field and then finding long queues for the loos!!)

I am now afe in th ehouse thankfully.  i did stay out all night, but now i feel really poorly.  Just had to take the tent down because it looks like it will rain on my own and i have sweated loads and upchucked in the garden :(

I feel bad so going to bed now.

Overall I can see why people garden camp.  When you are in the tent you can be anywhere you want to be, but ont be doing it again if nothing else because my son wants to stay there 24/7.

Gonna go and convalesce in bed now playing civilisation on the ps3.
