Mine are 8 and 13 now. The big one can put up a tent faster than I can these days. It does get easier!

hiya we camp with our young twin boys who are 22 months, they were just one the first time we took them and they were fine, this year they will be more mobile but we arent worried as we told the campsite when we booked and we are in the family area, I figure that everyone there with kids will know what its like and be OK, last year they made loads of friends with the older kids who loved them! The way I see it if people dont like camping near kids then there are plenty of site which cater for this We are making sure we take enough to keep them busy and intend to tire them out during the day! Good luck!

Hi we camped last year for the first time with our two rugrats, who are now 4 1/2 and nearly 3. We were worried how we would cope, but as soon as we opened the tent uo in the mornings, they were out playing and running around with new found friends, we made sure that they stayed close to the tent, but they absolutely loved it, and can,t wait to go again this year.
