Whack in some eyelets along the top edge of the wheel arch cover, use some figure of eight to fix the bottom edge (with the awning piping) to the draft skirt (which runs through the track along the bottom of the van) and then secure the top of the wheel arch cover to van with suckers, such as these, which are available in caravan accessory stores or on ebay:
