I'm pleased you had such a great time. Maybe you can think of some of the things you didn't need after all. You're always learning no matter how many trips you've got under your belt!

We did try the modular packing as far as possible!  Think that alot of space was taken up with all the coats, waterproofs, snow boots etc, etc.... Hopefully will go when the weather is a bit warmer next time and will get rid of alot of the big bulky items that way ( OH's coat alone took up half the car!!!!!!! - but glad of it as it was VERY cold sat out at night! ) 

I would definately not take as many clothes next time though. Saying that, we did use most of the other stuff so still think a roof box in order. A friend of mine has one she doesn't use and has said that we could borrow that if we like, which will help with Oh's despair at money spent so far!!!!!!!!
