I thought I should post an acknowledgement to customer service way beyond the norm!
This acknowledgement goes to Yeomans, who have just replaced my Bear Lake 6 tent after it experienced an uncommon ground sheet pegging point failure. I only expected the zip in ground sheet to be replaced, but they insisted on replacing the whole thing, even though it is 12 months old.
So, if your planning on buying a new tent I would say you won't go far wrong buying it from Yeomansoutdoors.co.uk.
And no I'm not an employee!
