Depends on the campsite supply. If its a 10 amp supply you can draw up to 2300w, so you could use either the oven on it's own OR one or two hobs. If the supply is 6 amp you can only draw 1400w max, so only one hob at a time and you couldn't use the oven at all.
If the campsite supplies 16amp, you should technically be able to use both. However you don't say whether you're in a caravan, which will often have electrics that can cope with 16 amps, or using a standard tent EHU which will be rated at a max of 10amps anyway. Any higher than that it will trip. (Hopefully, otherwise you'll trip the bollard/campsite.)
