It looks like a trailer tent - there's something clearly solid and high behind the curtain on the third pic.

It's not a tt though as we went in it and had a look. As for the mesh Cabanon always use that sort......useless, not fine enough, ok for flies but not midges

there is a cabanon lodge tt as well

i noticed it yesterday doing random googling!

it was on this french site

but the one at forest wasn't a tt

This is from the Cabanon 2010 brochure,no mention of a Lodge Tent,just a Lodge trailer tent

They do both then, as the one we looked at in the New Forest was definately an ordinary tent.

Thanks Val for both the photo's on the first post and also the link to the French site! It's a shame that no UK dealers are displaying the TT version or I would be very tempted! There's no way I could shell out the money without seeing one in the flesh.

Thats a lot of very expensive canvas on display if you add up the sale value of all of them. Be nice to know what sort of ex display price you will get in September

OH has just been watching over my shoulder at your excellent pictures and just read my reply, and said very nice but forget it, no no no no .....

Thats my new Cabanon idea shafted then.

sorry didn't check out all replys,clearly cabanon manufature both tent and TT in the Lodge.
It appears very expensive just to have a more robust bedroom ie, in the trailer.
Think I wiil stay with my Biscaya 500 and Kitchen tent.

According to the Cabanon 2010 brochure its a trailer tent?But as you can see from Vals photo's its a tent also,so they must do 2 variations

we admired the Lodge when we popped in to Forest Camping in May. It really is something else, looks a bit like the Safari tents Eurocamp now have on a few sites In France.
