Our kit is growning fast, I blame you lot , as I can't be me seeing shiny things and buying them can it. My GF is amazed at the list of stuff that we are taking but she has never been camping with kids so thats my excuse and i'm sticking to it. We have electric hook up this year as we now have an electric coolbox, lights and heater. I may take the laptop just for a back up but I really try to get the boys away from the computer games as they play the xbox and wii non stop at home if I let them.

The trailer is full plus i have more to buy and then I have to get the bikes on as always. Oh and a towbar for the new car in the next 7 weeks or we really will be backpacking.  

While I don't mind 'basic' camping, I'd rather have a few bits and pieces to make life more comfortable. I could do without EHU, but the other half wants it for his laptop and phone charger (yes, I dare say I'll end up using it too!), but for me it's a decent air bed and storage.

Our 'fridge' is a small, thick polystyrene delivery box with three packaging freezer packs inside (I get these from work as our lab supplies come from holland and have to be refridgerated). We were amazed that after three days the little packs were still cold! If anyone wants me to put one by for them let me know-all we do is throw them away!

I hate living out of bags and cardboard boxes and having stuff strewn everywhere, so my search for the perfect organisation system goes on!

I am definately a Glamper and proud of it!!! Nobody said camping involved being cold and miserable!!

I take tent, carpet, airbeds, thermal toppers and fitted sheets, sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, porta potti, wardrobe, sofa, EHU, heater, lights, mini fridge, kitchen stand, cooker, BBQ, table, chairs......... you get the general idea!!
Fortunately I have a very large car!!

Currently looking at getting a utility tent or day room.

LOL..... will let him know his skills are on offer!!!He is German and likes to have everything done logically with no help and as little noise as possible!!!!maybe that has something to do with it!! anyway I am not complaining...although he does get quite grumpy when it comes to folding the tent ,carpet etc... which obviously he needs my help with.....Apparently my folding actions are not quite up to his standard!!! There are almost tears at this point it has to be said!!!!!(also not from our toddler)
