I dont see what the problem is. We never win anything, so its acceptable to be a little over excited.
As long as it didnt carry on through out the whole night 7pm isnt too much of a problem. I think singing and dancing round the campsite upto say 2:00am is acceptable. Its not like you were going to work in the morning.
And vuvu zaalas are possibly the most amazing insturment i have ever heard. I imagine the sound of an angel whispering into my ear would be agonising in comparison.
When the revolution comes the vuvu zala congo will be the dance of the free!
