I got a black flat king size sheet from Tesco for £8, sewed a hem along the centre line, after folded lengthways and cut slots for the bedroom hangers to fit through then I tried it on the bed pod to get the length of each side and cut it just above the groundsheet level, so moisture did mnot wick up the sheet.. It certainly stopped a lot of light coming in, but it was very warm inside bed pods though. I didn't fit the sheet around the ends of the pods as I didn't think it warrented it.
