I love camping because

I love waiting for the whistle of the kettle in the morning

Being able to sit outside and actually see some stars (preston doesn't ever seem to have as many stars as campsites)

Being able to snuggle in my sleeping bag and several layers of clothing

The smell of BBQ's and little cookers with bacon or sausages on

Being able to say hello to fellow campers and not feel like a slightly crazy person

feeling grass on my feet (we also don't have much of that in preston)
