Well we went to Hoddom Castle, the weather was great most of the time. Friday night was lovely, had dinner sitting outside, Saturday morning it rained, but cleared up around lunchtime and was quite nice, mixture of cloud and sun, but warm and no rain. Sunday it chucked down all day. We took our time packing up (the warden said no rush as no one on our pitch until the Monday which I thought was great) hoping that the rain would let up and we'd get the tent dry but it would stop for a bit then start again, so we decided around 2pm to just take it down at a break in the rain. So it's wet in the bag just now. Not sure how we are going to dry it if the rain doesn't stop here.
Which leads to another question, what is the longest you would leave it in the bag wet?
