Recently their has been a few posts with regards to ideas for food to cook when camping. I use two websites frequently for recipes when planning meals for home and thought I would try searching for camping food ideas and quite a few came up. I don't know why I never thought of this before The two websites are American but the ideas are transferable.

I love using All Recipes...they also have a free iphone app...handy when out and about and not sure what to have for dinner.

 there are so many recipes, I think that you can't go wrong with either a stew or a BBQ, and with kids providing it ends up with toasted marshmallows you can't go far wrong!
