I agree Jellboy. We once did "interfere" with a tent when we were wildcamped in Lewis on the Outer Hebrides.
It was a chap with 4 young daughters who were pitched next to us and we knew that they were away for the whole day on a boat trip.
The wind had got up a bit that day and all their stuff that had been left outside their tent was stating to blow about a bit and so we gathered it all up and put it in the entrance to their tent as this was open anyway.
We zipped up the tent doorway and double guyed the windward side of their tent.
We were there when they returned and told them what we had done before they even got to their tent.
It is common sense to look after other people's property but there is a huge difference between "looking after" and the actions of that self opiniated twit that njc123 told us about. In that case I do not know who I am more annoyed about. The person who did that to someone else's tent or the Warden who did not demand that that person leave the site immediately.
