I just take the small bottles of sauces with me and the mustard in a tube (find this not as hot as the jars or powder though) never been a problem as the vinegar is a preservative never kept it in the fridge.
For those with a sachet addiction (I do have spares in the car for emergencies) you can buy sauce in sachets from this online shop or this one

dibdib maybe i could give you some of my stolen ......... sorry i mean given to me sachets that i never use mustard and you give me your mayo......perhaps do a swap in service station or fast food joint? i find mayo very hard to steal ..... i mean given to .............
weathersppons is also good for getting sachets .....plenty of mustard diddibdib

Try any Wetherspoons pub there sauces are never near the bar and you can get tomato, brown, mustard, mayo, salad cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar brown or white, tartar, and even mint sauce  hence to say i have a nice supply kindly donated by a friend who meets up with her sisters there once a week for lunch.

How about good old Colmans mustard powder? Very light, compact and will always give you 'fresh' mustard.
