this is better suspence than eastenders, lol
i helped a friends who owned a camping shop and see the returns on tents that had to be destroyed because they couldn't be re-sold was quite sad

Why don't I ever find a perfectly good tent in the bin?

Well just to give you an update, I spent a couple of hours with sxis on Sunday and it seems he did rescue the tent but binned it again as the condition of the poles didn't match the good condition of the tent - they were all knackered and rusty. Seems strange that someone would have used a perfectly good tent with really crap poles

So, that's how it ended. What a shame and how bizarre with a new tent and rusty poles!

I would have sold it on ebay and said poles need replacing!!
