Gas is what most folk use, you just turn it on & light it. I really wouldn't bother with a dual fuel stove, whats the point when gas is easily available?
It is each to there own, we use a coleman multi fuel for all our cooking but we also use a Suncamp single ring for brewing up.I dont like lugging around a big gas bottle just for the cooker.Although we are looking at getting a 3way fridge for net season so we might go all gas.
I'm sure that has cleared everything up for you.lol
Like pj72 said, each to their own - but he's thinking of going all gas because he may buy a fridge.
We're pretty much the same - we take all petrol if we leave the fridge behind. But if the fridge makes it into the car, then we go all gas. But I do resent having to cart around a gas bottle.
Petrol is a lot cheaper than gas. Big bottles of gas are cheaper than little disposable canisters. But little canisters are easier to manage than either a gas bottle or petrol.
What I couldn't be bothered with is an electric this, and a gas that and a petrol the next thing.
