Lovely photo's! But more importantly () how was the exped?
You beat us to it - we're trialing them this weekend!?!
Comfy, but for the money the Gelert XL is better value I think. The Exped is really slow to inflate even though I have had it up a few times I still have to blow in to it. It is warm though.
We had problems because although comfortable enough taking out a few bumps on the pitch we were on a bit of a slope, but some how we both had bad backs after 2 nights. So I brought camp bed from a camp shop and put the SI Mats on them. That is just the best you can get (Fostermums suggestion). I think some how with the slope and unlevel ground we were twisted, and I bit the bullet and brought camp beds because we could not risk time off work with a bad back, next morning we both work up fine

Ouch - sorry to hear you had bad backs to start. Not good at all.
We really liked them - definitely comfy and very warm underneath (we didn't insulate below and didn't need to) - but agree took a while to inflate. Our Gelert leaked (though comfy), so my main test will be their longevity!
It is a tiny little cove, with a beach that disappears at high tide, just 100 yards from the campsite entrance at Point Llaneilian just south of Amlych Port.
In the top picture you can just see the lighthouse that is visible from the pitch
