Hi all,
Just come back from a lovely weekend at Riverside in Skipton (sun vouchers) It was a C & CC site which we didn't realise when we booked but we got 2 nights for £13 which we thought was excellent!
The site was basic but facilities clean and tidy, stunning location, small park for the kids and more importantly for me nice and quiet at night!
Skipton was just a short car journey away, with plenty to do and see. We visited the castle and did the Flock to Skipton trail, which, the kids loved!
The only problem we had was that 2 nights was not enough, just getting into the swing of things then time to pack up!
We will definately be back next year! We are now contemplating joining the C&CC as we loved the night time quiet and the pitches being marked and numbered.
