Hi all

Its a sad day today as we have to sell our beloved ohio xl +ext tent . Due to ill health we are selling our tent its in fantastic condition used only for 1 season. the question is do we sell it now or wait untill next the start of next season any advice would be very helpful

So sorry to hear this. I suppose when you sell it will depend on how keen you are to get rid of it! You'll probably get a better price for it next spring when people are searching for a tent for the new season.

If you can wait, then I would hang on to it until next Spring - a few weeks before the school Easter holidays is often a good time to sell!

i think we are entering a buyers market at this time of year people that have "tried" and not liked, or upgrading downgrading will be putting tents and equipment on e-bay and the like in the next couple of weeks.
If you could wait till spring you might get a better price for your tent

As a buyer, I'm on thelookout for end-of-season bargains at this time of year. Therefore as a seller, I would wait til early spring to avoid cheapskates like me.

Sorry, couldn't resist. Definately spring time as others have said. Might be worth lumping in any other camping equipment you don't require and sell the lot on ebay as a complete kit.
