I live not far from Ingoldmels so no. It will be quiet although Butlins do put on shows and themed weekends once the summer season finishes. It will also be chilly so come prepared.
Ingoldmells will be as much fun as you make it,go prepared lots of warm clothes and think of things to do if the weather isn't on your side. This just dosen't go for ingoldmells any site.
Many campers on here still do camp in October, but it isn't for me too cold! hot water bottles, woolly socks etc.
Have fun !

oops forgot too add all the shops are still open, many with big reductions, the place it self is very quiet, which my mum now loves as she lives a few miles away.

do many people go camping late in the year to ingoldmels, linc,s
I don't know if you have visited the area before but if your looking for things to do other than Skegness then there is Gibraltar Point nature reserve, several small villages like Chapel St Leonards, the market town of Alford, the worlds only cloud watching station at Anderby Creek and a bit further away the seals at Donna Nook will be arriving during October. The market at Fantasy Island will also be open.
