Hi does anyone have experience of buying from Wildday.com?
We bought an electric coolbox in August as it was on offer, for our trip in September. However when we started to use it we found it did not work properly and then packed up altogether on the first day.
As soon as we returned I sent an email to explain about the problem and to arrange to return it or exchange it. I heard nothing within a few days so I emailed them again. It is over a week now and I have heard nothing at all from them. There is no phone number to contact them on or I would have rang them up.
I am beginning to fear that they are just ignoring my emails and I will not be able to sort it out. I was just wondering if anyone had had similar problems and if so how did you sort it out?

I finally got it all together, then forgot where I put it ;)

I have just rang them up and they have promised to put a replacement item in the post tomorrow!!

We used them once to order a Gelert airbed.It went down while we were away so had to buy a replacement.Phoned them up and they just credited the money back no questions asked,didn't even ask for the old one back.

An update of the situation! After being promised a replacement the first time I rang, nothing arrived.
So I rang again and spoke to a different person who promised that i would receive a replacement within two days...again nothing arrived.
I rang again this week and spoke to another person who assured me that I would get a replacement by today. Surprise surprise nothing has arrived again!!! So now I have sent a letter (via email) from the Trading Standards about it. So I am now awaiting a response..........
