I remember there being a massive discussion about diablos a few years ago on here which went on for ages. I can't really remember what it was all about but I know the owners loved the tents.
Well it's up...took us about 1.5 hrs and I only shouted at OH once so that can't be bad!
The hardest part was the porch as what i thought was the main door was actually the back door and so the tent was facing the wrong way so i couldn't get the porch up properly due to lack of space...at least i'll know for next time!!
I knew it was a big tent but it is a monster!!...still, plenty of room now for 5 of us and it is in absolutely brilliant condition so i think i got a real bargin which is just as well as i have a list as long as your arm for all the things I need to go in it!!
can't wait to actually go camping at a site with it!!

Congratulations its no mean feat. Will you be going away this year?
Not sure if we'll go away in it this year...probably not, definitely taking it to france next year though!...we'll probably go away on a few long weekends in may and june to practise!
Brilliant well done for getting it up. We once bought atent without instructions and goodness how bizzare we never got to grips with the un-named tent . Hence we bought new after that lol, At least you had fun though thats what lifes all about .
Nice one when we got our first tent was a choice between the diablo and the aspen we went for the aspen in the end because of the head room in the sleeping area.Never regretted it but after saying that the diablo is a great tent. Hope you have many great camps with it
Well done! You have a fantastic tent! I loved our diablo - until we converted to canvas, but I have some great memories of our diablo hols! It is a beast, but well worth it for all that space.
We put up our Diablo 600 for the third time last week - first time in wind/rain. Apparently I swore just twice which is a personal record, so OH says! Our old Easycamp Modena tent was much easier to put up, and pitched outer first which was nice in the rain, yet apparently I swore much much more frequently when erecting that tent. Maybe its because these days we have little un in tow... I dunno!
We had a diablo 600 and loved it, so much space, but it was too difficult for us to put up, I have to do most of the work as hubby is unable to, I do miss it.
