I've been fed up with this weather (hate winter time anyway) so been looking for sites to visit next year. while dooing a search i accidently knocked on a site. first thing we saw was a tent the same as ours on the first page. A sign maybe? so i carried on reading through and looked at the reviews and well .......... i've gone and booked it. So that's August trip sorted already
My time is not my own...Had kids naturally my responsibility...time not my own. Eldest daughter had son so we looked after him...time not my own...Youngest daughter then too had a son..still time not my own. I will be 70 years old before I have time for myself in all my adult life...Such are the joys of life. Long term booking ahead of campsites isn't an option until then.
I think it's a great idea to book now if you can, & you've inspired me !
Winter has just returned with a vengeance here & I really fed up so once I get a few things done I'm going to sit down with Mrs Z & start planning. I'd really like to visit Ireland next year, maybe that ought to be the first trip..

Im planning to organize a few of our longer trips early this coming year. I do however like to do a lot of "spur" camping. Where i say "lets go camping", we pack the car and see where we end up. Not always easy, but really enjoyable.

I have booked for next August Mother Iveys Bay in Cornwall. Planning on going at Spring Bank near Scarborough for a few days.
Want to leave some 'lets go' weekends to catch the weather.
