I have an Outwell hartford S. Yes there used to be one that size, I love it, it's a perfect size for me and my 3 kiddies. It's cozy but has loads of space and great head height. Bought it years ago but its in perfect nick and has never leaked or got mouldy and it's been out in some storms. Anyone else got an old tent their still really happy with? Oh and just bought the outwell sliding canopy for 50 quid new, gives us a little more space!

I recently sold my Outwell Hartford s on this site's sale page.  It was the warmest tent I have owned, but the hardest to put up alone. also the shape of the 2 bedrooms the very slanted outside wall meant that only very low beds could be used. I would only fit one adult or 2 children in each bedroom. Did have a nice large living area.

I find the best for me have been Sunncamp Elain (only 2 birth) but with sig and the Lakeside 4 birth but this does not have a sig.

I also returned to camping after a break of 30 years.  The difference in camping now is wow.  but before I didn't drive so it all had to be carried on my back. Now I drive and can take loads of stuff. yeahhh

yes, big thumbs up to the old style outwell hartords. I was also looking for a canopy hence why i bought the sliding canopy, hoping it will do a similar job. looks complicated to put up though.

We bought a Sunncamp Maison 6 In 1992 . It's a canvas frame tent . Very heavy cotton material with lots of poles . But when Its up there Is lots of room for everyone

We used It as a family tent for all our holidays . It used to take us an hour to erect and hour and half to get gear In and all sorted out .

Its now retired In the loft ....................                                                         And In 2007 we bought a Outwell Oregon twin for weekends away and sometimes for a weeks holiday . Its quite easy to put up . And has plenty of room for 4 people .

 Only downside . No bathtub ground sheet. And I still dont think the ring and pin is all that great .

However In saying that It has proved Itself In all weather .

And I rate It . Also I have seen the Hartford on tent displays and on sites . They look a super family  tent . Outwell certainly know how to make superior tent's
