I ordered a tent from tentwarehousedirect 14days ago.  Had email confirming order next day but no tent as yet.

 Two days ago I filled in form on website (only way to contact them) enquiring about delivery date. I received in return an email to say ''will look into it'' then a not very clear message left on my ansafone asking me to call cant-make-out-the-number.

I can't recommend this company and I won't use it again, cheap or not. 

Have you tried ringing this number:  01634 577326  I have found this on their website.

yes thanks. I didn't find it on their website but one of you guys had mentioned that the address was the same as that for Camping International. I remembered that my payment to paypal had gone to Camping Intl so I gave them a phone and sure enough the staff for Tentwarehouse Direct were there too. (useful to know)

It appears that the delivery company couldn't find my house. (!)

Tent is being re-delivered thursday.

Yeh andyscho you are right. I checked and the phone number is on their ''terms'' page right enough. They could perhaps have made it a little easier to find?

However, my tent came eventually and its absolutely wonderful.
I have changed my mind now. Yes,I would use TentWarehouseDirect again.

Their products are great and prices hard to beat. Go for it.
