What will she be sleeping on? We use a Moses basket and then a SI mat. We have always had our wee people in our bed at home, and it was quite natural for us to have them next to us when we camped (not on a double airbed though - the potential risk of the bed sagging, which could cause a rolling / smothering situation seemed too great for us - although at 11 months, they can probably wriggle enough to wake you up...)
The few tips I would pass on are:
1. DO layer clothes, within reason - Vest, socks, good fleecy PJs with feet, hat / hood can be useful, too (if they'll sleep with one on!). If it's cold, you could try a normal set of PJs under the fleece.
2. DON'T put on more than one pair of socks - it's tempting, but it can cut off circulation and make their feet colder (or worse...!)
3. Gro-bag to sleep in. A warm one!
4. Blankets on hand for above and below.
5. Make sure their bed is insulated from the ground - caming carpet / picnic rug / a couple of layers of fleece blanket. Some people swear by those foil blankets - but I've got no experience of those.
Hope that helps!
